Project Summary

The Social Media Committee will be conducting school activities with various functions and objectives.
These activities will use the power of other committees as well as other organizations/clubs in some part
to make sure that there is camaraderie in every departments; all in all student body.

The activities was all set in various social media platforms e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest etc.

II. Organization
A. Objectives
1. Revitalize the school activities.
2. Implant motivation in studying through socializing with peers and other
students.
3. Unite each departments.
4. Provide a fun environment online.

III. Project Description

1. Kwentahan is a synchronize zoom meeting for all the students sharing their
experiences about certain topics. The stories will be associated with a song.
Technically, it will be kwentuhan with kantahan.
2. Study Hacks is a video making contest about the students’ hacks in studying, it
can be an app that helps or just simple ways to share on how studying and
learning can be easier.
3. Motivational Meme Making will be announced to be open for all the students.
The motivational memes that are campus relatable will be posted in the
students hub.
4. Never Ending story is a challenge game through a facebook/instagram story.
The students will tag a schoolmate to dare/challenge to a certain task. After
doing so, the other student will do it with a photo that will tag other student
and it goes on.
5. Post Warriors is a mini-activity through a post asking random questions e.g.
“Who is the quiboloy of NVAC?” the most tag person in the comment will be
the winner.
6. Poster Making is a web-designing contest. Each department will open a poster
making contest for their department logo and their winner will be featured in
our Hub. The poster/logo will be the official shirt design of their department
for this school year.
7. Photo Caption Contest is an activity where the committee will post a certain
photo related to a school event and the most voted caption of the student will
be the winner.

V. Project Media Channel

The projects will be via zoom and FB live. Official school events and promotions will be
posted through the Official School FB Account while interactive activities will be via zoom
and NVAC students’ Hub.
VI. Project Administration and Monitoring

1. Coordinate with the Advisers and Heads of each club.


2. Manage the activity well to ensure the participation of the students.
3. Secure the Internet/Power source.
4. Assist the committees in-charge

VII. Proposed Budget

The team will conduct activity that includes Gcash votes.
