The software should allow seamless integration of third party security
infrastructure.
The Software should be a highly scalable enterprise level solution. It must
offer Video Management solution scalable from 1 camera to 16/32/64
cameras as per BOQ. (Minimum).
Shall support IP Cameras & Encoders (for analog camera interface)
The VMS shall be based on open architecture which facilitates integration
with other IT systems , Owner supplied free-issue cameras with the help of
API (distributed free of charge). Shall be ON/VIF compliant.
The system shall allow operation with PC Keyboard, Mouse, CCTV Keyboard.
Shall be able to view single and multiple cameras simultaneously.
Software The software should provide user licenses for at least 5 users per site and

- Uptime of CCTV System should be available in a module. The same to be

Uptime of CCTV system is considered as 100 % when all the cameras (“n”
no.s) & system functionality are operational. If one camera is down &
balance cameras (n-1) are available fully with all system functionalities,
uptime shall be (((n-1)/n )*100 ) %.

The foundation of pole to be designed for three types of soil
namely soft, medium, hard/rocky.
1. The foundations design to be as per the actual site
conditions.
2. Guard against corrosion and soil erosion should be taken

XV CABLE LAYING
The cable has to be laid along the walls or underground through
CABLE LAYING HDPE pipe as per the site conditions at minimum 600 mm depth.

excavation for cable laying shall be in BPCL scope:
OFC supplying & laying rates shall include cost of BIS mark HDPE
pipe of 50 MM diameter
CAT-6 cable supplying & laying rates shall include cost of BIS
mark , heavy duty, PVC pipe of 40 MM diameter .
Power cables shall be laid separately in open trench along the
HDPE pipes ( duly clamped) where ever laid above ground
Laying of cable in HDPE pipe trenches/ in ISI mark PVC conduits
on walls/GI pipes to be used for Road crossings. ( G.I. pipes, if
required for raod crossings shall be provided by BPCL)
Pulling of cable through HDPE pipe and GI Pipe and sealing ends
including unused sleevs, including cleaning of pipes. All entries
shall be sealed with sealing compound.
Supplying and providing of MS Clamp of required sizes to hold
the cable firmly to structure/tray. Such clamps also include
wooden bushes if required to be placed around cable, sealing
compound, etc.

Underground cable laying shall include termination at both ends,
supply of HDPE pipe for underground cables, supply of ISI Mark
PVC pipe for cables along the walls, supply of GI pipe for road

All junction boxes, local cabinets, field mounted instruments
shall be connected to the nearby existing earth bus bar / earth
pit through minimum 1.5 mm2 copper conductor at no extra
cost to Corporation. It is included in the scope of the individual
items. Wherever required FLP junction boxes to be used at no
extra cost to Corporation

All equipments and fittings used should be of ISI marked

FAT: Integrated FAT shall be conducted at vendor/integrator’s works for demonstrating all the
performance parameters using randomly selected equipments

The box type camera shall provide higher resolution (full HD), realtime video images, encapsulated in
Internet Protocol (IP) packets and presented through a 10/100 BASE-T RJ45 Ethernet network connections.
