The foundation of pole to be designed for three types of soil
namely soft, medium, hard/rocky.
1. The foundations design to be as per the actual site
conditions.
2. Guard against corrosion and soil erosion should be taken
care of.

1. All the accessories required for the successful commissioning of the system viz junction
boxes, connectors, etc are to be included in costing of the associated item while quoting.
FACTORY INSPECTION: TPIA shall be arranged by vendor to witness performance tests on two randomly
selected equipments. TPIA shall also review all the performance test certificates as per QAP
FAT: Integrated FAT shall be conducted at vendor/integrator’s works for demonstrating all the
performance parameters using randomly selected equipments
SAT : Integrated SAT shall be conducted at BPCL site works for demonstrating all the performance
parameters using randomly selected equipments

1. IP Network Cameras:
Minimum Specifications
1 BRIEF:
The box type camera shall provide higher resolution (full HD), realtime video images, encapsulated in
Internet Protocol (IP) packets and presented through a 10/100 BASE-T RJ45 Ethernet network connections.

RESOLUTION & IMAGER:
The image resolution shall be not be less than 1920(H) x 1080(V) pixels at 30 frames/sec (NTSC 30 & PAL
25 PAL) .
FRAME RATE:
3 The camera shall produce a frame rate of 30 frames(NTSC 30 & PAL 25 PAL) per second (fps) at minimum
resolution of 1920(H) x 1080(V) , (1080p Full HD) with H.264 compression ratio.
4 STREAMING :
Camera should support multiple steaming with minimum requirement of three (3) H.264 independent
streams at default resolution of 1920 X 1080 (1080P full HD). For resolution, multiple options of resolution
like 720P, VGA,QVGA, etc should be available for selection for any particular stream.
5 DAY & NIGHT CAMERA :
The camera shall have IR cut filter which shall switch from color to monochrome automatically by sensing
the illumination level. The camera should be capable of capturing both color and B &W (Black & White)
video with minimum Color Illumination of 0.7 lux for Color and upto 0.08 Lux for B & W, for deliverance of
video captured in very low luminous environment/conditions.-
