• Working as a team leader in Ericsson to Huawei swap project (500 BTS) in

OTB/Banglalink network, controlling overall swap activities and optimization process to
meet the swap benchmarking KPI.
• Worked as a team member in Grameenphone Ericsson to Huawei swap project (4500
BTS) in Bangladesh, Whole country LAC and swap cluster planning, parameter
mapping with existing Ericsson CDD.
