What is inspection?

It is the process of inspecting all incoming and outgoing materials and products,
as well as manufacturing procedures.

First When we say INSPECTION, this is the process of checking the products
functionality. Usually in inspection, it checks the acceptability of a manufactured
product.

-Si quality control inspector yung inchnarge dito to check the before, during and after
result ng manufacturing procedure

Kinds of inspections

-Bakit nga ba kailangan na before, during and after the process mag inspect?

• Field Inspections

This where the organizations standards measured such as operational procedures, site
safety, compliance, and product quality.

And bottom
line ng, inspection before the process is to check the safeness of not just the product
itself, but also yung safety rin manpower or even machines. Para bago palang mag start
yung manufacturing process makikita na nila yung problem at marereselove ng mas
maaga.

 Receiving Inspection

A receiving inspection serves as a gate keeper prior to a product reaching the inventory.

-same as with the first inspection. Kanina yung safety ng site at ng manpower yung
chinecheck nila, sa receiving inspection naman ang main objective nito is to check
defects and wrong orders of materials before it became an inventory para ma lessen or
better na maremove yung possibility ng defects during the procedure. At mareturn nila
yung orders prior to the starting day of the manufacturing process
 Returned Material Inspection

As a manufacturer. hindi lang yung materials needed natin yung possible na

ma-return. Yung services and
magkaroon ng return items from us. In this scenario the person incharge will
check the defective product na nareceive ng consumer from as para malaman
yung next step kung ano ba yung need ayusin and if possible, ma return or
refund yung binayad ni customer.

 Monitor or observe operations

-this to ensure that during the procedure they meet production standards para sa

 Final Inspection

-Accept or reject finished items

This is the double checking even during the process had been checked they have
to check it again and again to ensure that the said defects have been corrected
and recorded as well.

 Stocked Re-Inspections
- Product quality can change over time so testing intervals are established hindi
Applicable din to when it
comes sa checking ng right amount of supplies, the maintaining of the
standardized quality para ma ensure na sa next manufacturing day ay well
organized and well prepared yung mga needed na materials and stocks. After
Makita yung defects and lacks of supply they can restock and order again right
before the process starts.

Why does inspection is important in managing quality?

 Minimizes risks
-with the help of inspection namiminimized yung risk of returned items and defects and
spoilage also help to maintain the satisfactions ng consumers
 Saves Money
 Saves Time
It will save time and money. Saves time kasi sa una palang nag dodouble check
na tayo if there are something wrong between the site of production and the
materials needed para maresolve agad and not time-consuming kung last minute
possibility na may mag return ng products and even meron man using the proper
inspection na lelessen natin yun.

 Supplier Control
-Factory owners are significantly more conscientious when aware inspections
could take place at any time. This reduces the incidence of lower quality,
fraudulent or defective work.
 Brand Protection
- “trust is hard to earn and easy to lose”
Providing good quality products helps to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty, and
trust. Satisfied customers are not only repeat customers but also evangelizes for your
brand. To maintain this requires your products meet, or exceed, customers’ expectations.
