Tips for Completing Journal Prompts

↠ Really start becoming aware of self limiting beliefs that keep popping
into your head.

into you mind. The moment your mind slips from visualization to

insecurity - bring awareness to the limiting belief that your mind

automatically goes to.

↠ Begin to reprogram your thought patterns by looking at your self

limiting beliefs through a lens of curiosity (This will help you to start

challenging them!)

↠ Remember you are so much more powerful than you know.

You have the ability to change these beliefs about yourself.

You can CHOOSE to change them.

You are strong enough to change them.

↠ Not only will challenging these negative beliefs help your manifestation
journey it is going to help your LIFE.... seriously start becoming the

scientist of your thoughts... it is the BEST gift you can give yourself.

REMINDERS

SUBCONSCIOUS MIND: Memorized beliefs based on your

personal life experiences, traumas, joys and repeated thought

patterns. Negative beliefs you have about yourself that have been

memorized from years of negative self talk and self-limiting

beliefs. The first step in re-programming your subconscious

mind is to become aware of you patterned thoughts.

CONSCIOUS MIND: Curious, present, in the moment and

aware. The conscious brain is the ‘present’ part of your brain that

is ready to learn new information in order to overwrite the hard

drive in the subconscious mind. Through mindfulness, awareness,

and intentional actions you can learn to live here more and re-

wire those subconscious beliefs.
