2430 Raw material

Material master can be created in 3 levels

1. Client level
2. Plant level
3. Storage location level

First select the Global data with T code: /N/SAPAPO/MAT1


Maintain material number and click on change

Here we cannot change the values

Go back
Select T code: /N/SCWM/MAT1

Enter warehouse number


PED automatically determined by the system by entering the warehouse number

Click on create button

Here we need to maintain data for Whse data and Slotting tab

Save

Any changes need to be done in master data, that should be done in ERP level not the EWM level

Changed data can be moved to EWM either by immediate transfer or some batch jobs

Immediate changes : BTE : Business transaction events

Batch jobs: ALE change pointers


How to check whether it is immediate transfer or Batch job

Configure change transfer for master data


Here configured as BTE transfer Immediately
Added Gross weight, Weight unit and Net weight

And maintained the unit of measure

Save

Check the changed in EWM


Gross weight updated
Unit of measure also updated

Some programs for integration model

SE38
Here we can create new integration model as we created in CIF1
Here we can activate the integration model which can be done through CFM2 T code

We can delete the integration model through T code: CFM7

To activate or deactivate the integration model in background CFM3


Avoidning Dump issue while uploading the data to system

Run program : RCIFIMAX
