1. You shall be jointly responsible for the safety and protection of the general public;
2. A signal shail.be put up and conspicuously on the side in accordance with the prescribed dimensions
and required information shown in the attached pattem and shall remain pos^ted for the duration of
the project;
3. No enclosure of any kind shall be made on the sidewalk until the corresponding permit therefore has
been secured from this Office;
4. Any public facilities and/or utility shall be properly repaired and restored to its original condition at
your expensel
5. A copy of the duly approved plans and a logbook shall be kept, at the jobsite at all times;
6. Water wastes must be thoroughly sifted/screened before dischaiging into the drainage lines to avert
a
the accumulation of foreign materialp to prevent clogging there6r;e
7. Waste materials or rubbish shall not be allowed to accumulate beyond the construction site periphery
particularly on the sidewalk portion left for pedestrian travel;
8. Free and convenient approached to and use ofany fire hydrant, fire alarm box and manhole shall not
be obstructedl and
9. Other applicable minimum standard of safety 4nd protection shall be provided thereat consistent with
Rule XV, Implementing Rules and Regulation of the NATIONAL BUILDING CODE (p.D. 1096).
This Office reserves the right to suspend the building.activity authorized by this permit, should you fail
to comply with any or all of the foregoing stipulation and/or other perlinent provisions of the NATIONAL
BUILDING coDE (P.D. 1096) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.
