Their diverse interests and curiosity allow them to apply concepts from various disciplines,
expanding on others' ideas, consolidating ideas, and identifying patterns from distant fields to
produce fresh ideas. Curiosity, even in dead ends, offers fresh choices and inspires a feeling of
purpose and significance. Curiosity's condition of interest or information deficiency may inspire
persistent attention on the curiosity-evoking event.

2. It really would make a difference in their choice to hire him since the firm didn't even ask Egon
Zehnder to evaluate their employee, therefore we need to evaluate employees and screen
them. Employees just want to be tested, to see where they know and what they do. Of course,
we should not recruit inexperienced individuals; rather, we should choose those who would
embrace it as completely worthwhile.
