writing this letter on behalf of the Environmental and Resource Office of Talay. We are
preparing a sustainability plan in barangay Talay named, The Environmental Corner
Project which aims to provide segregating bins in each corner of barangay Talay, and
possibly host programs like outreach and online seminars to possibly make the
environment of barangay Talay healthy.
Barangay Talay needs this project because of how unhealthy and filthy the environment
is there because of improper segregations of trash; we are trying to fix that through this
sustainability plan.
