IT POSITIONS

• IT Developer (backend) (up to senior)


o Hands on experienced in Spring Framework.
o Have experience/exposure in Java.
o Good understanding in clean architecture concept.
o Good understanding in Restful API and GraphQL.

• IT Developer (Android/Flutter)
o Strong in Android Kotlin.
o Strong knowledge of Android SDK (Android Studio), different versions of Android,
and how to deal with different screen sizes.
o Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect mobile applications to back-end services.
o Experience / Familiar with API Authorization technic in Android development.

• IT Web Developer
o More than 1 year of experience in web development.
o Highly proficient in designing and coding responsive web using Angular, React, AJAX,
jQuery, HTML5 and CSS3.
o Understanding full life cycle of web development.
o Experience with web service / REST API.

• IT QA Engineer (up to senior)


o Experienced in automated testing using framework such as Locust, Selenium, or
similar.
o Have hands on experience in using JMeter, Postman, or Katalon.
o Experience writing in one or more of the following language : Python, Javascript,
Golang, Java.

• IT QA Analyst
o Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science/Information Technology.
o Having strong technical skills (SQL, Postman Collection, Javascript, Test Rail).
o At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related position is required.

• System Analyst (up to senior)


o Have background from Computer Science degree or similar.
o Good understanding of Restful API concept & SQL query language.
o Proficient in creating sequence diagram, using tools such as PlantUML.
o Familiar with the concept of distributed application such as: OOP, Thread, Heap,
Goroutine, Clean Architecture and event-driven architecture.

o Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Computer Science or
another analytical field.
o Have 3+ years of related analytical experience.
o Possess advanced knowledge of financial reporting and data mining tools such as SQL.
o Show analytical mind and business acumen with the ability to work with large
amounts of data to discover patterns and trends and to form conclusions based on
findings.
• IT Risk & Compliance Manager
o Have 7+ years of experience in IT governance, risk management, compliance, audit
role(s).
o Have a strong technical knowledge of information security principles and risk
management practices.
o Have a broad understanding of information security policies and standards, as well
as regulatory and compliance frameworks (e.g. ISO27001, PCI-DSS, GR & POJK).

• IT Architect (Infrastructure and Cloud)


o Excellent knowledge of integration patterns and application technologies.
o Excellent knowledge and experience on some areas of Infrastructure; data centre,
server, storage, and network.

• Senior R&D Engineer

• Senior DevOps Engineer


o A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar.

• Data Analyst (up to Senior)


o Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics,
or related fields.
o Have experience in relevant Data Analytic projects.
o Having basic knowledge of analytical tools such as Excel, SQL query, SAS, Oracle BI.
o Knowledge in data mining, business intelligent, analysis tools.

• Collection Analyst
o University degree – preferably statistics, economy, IT.
o Excellent SQL knowledge.
o Advanced excel skills – lookup functions, pivot tables, validations, macros.
o Experience with MIS or analysis.

• UW Analyst (up to senior)


o Education background: Mathematics, physics, engineering.
o Experience min 5 years in Credit Risk, Scoring department, Data Science from
Banking, and other Financial Services.
o Strong knowledge in statistic, SQL, scoring, Excel (pivot tables, analytical tools).
o Have experience in underwriting customers (prepare approval strategies, identify
segments of the clients).

• Funding Analyst
o Strong concept of PL SQL (Programming Language Structured Query Language), such as
aggregate function, basic queries, table link, data manipulation (Update, Delete), view,
procedure, etc.
o Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
o Strong knowledge in business process, preferably in Financing.

o Min. bachelor’s degree in some quantitative field (Algebra, Statistics, Probability
theory, Operational research, Machine learning, Physics, Engineering.

o At least 2 years in a modelling team/data science team.
o Fluent in English and having great presentation skills & analytical thinking.

• Collection Developer
o Candidate possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Information
Technology or equivalent major.
o Fresh graduate are welcome, at least 1 year experience in software development are
an advantage.
o Have experience/knowledge in : Javascript, Python, PHP, SQL, Task management tool
(ex:JIRA), Linux, App Server (ex:Apache), code versioning (ex: Git). workflow
development tool.

DIGITAL ENTERPRISE POSITIONS

• Digital Commerce Operation Manager


o Knowledgeable of the e-Commerce space that includes marketing strategies, product
development, competitive strategies, consumer research, industry trends and usability
best practices.
o Experience in setting standards, systems, and best practices for new product listings,
content creation, distribution, and maintenance.
o Open minded, agile and dynamic to change.

• Agile Coach
o Minimum bachelor degree with working experience min 3 years. Preferable someone
who have worked as Scrum Master.
o Ability to work with diverse personality types and understanding technical issue at a
high level.
o A clear understanding of Agile software development methodologies, values, and
procedures.
o Ability to coach the team to reach their highest potential.

o Professional experience of business and/or product development in similar product

o Have at least 3 years of experience as Customer Experience Manager.
o Have experience designing end-to-end Customer Experience / Customer Journey.
o Expert in tNPS and cNPS cycle, design and analysis.
o Strong leadership skills and interpersonal skills.

• Senior Digital Analyst


o At least 3 years experience with reporting, monitoring and analysis.
o Has statistical background and real experience with advanced knowledge of SQL.
o Have experience in building dashboard using Data visualization tools.
o Strong analytical skills with the ability to process & clean data, identify & analyze trends
and create insights.
