    ROLL-OUT FOR GRADES 6, 10, AND 12 ON PROVIDING FORMATIVE ASSESSMENT AND TIMELY
    FORMATIVE FEEDBACK IN DISTANCE LEARNING

    To: All Elementary/ Secondary School Heads


    Grade 6, Grade 10 and 12 Teachers
    This District

    1. Stipulated in DepEd Order No. 31, s. 2020 or the Interim Guidelines for Assessment and
    Grading in the Light of the Basic Education Learning Continuity Plan, teachers shall
    strengthen formative assessment by using evidence on what learners know and can do to
    improve their teaching.
    2. DepEd Order No. 42, s. 2017 or the National Adoption and Implementation of the PPST
    specified that teachers must use strategies in providing timely, accurate, and constructive
    feedback to improve learners’ performance.
    3. Division Memorandum No.500, s. 2021 to ensure that formative assessment and feedback
    will be utilized fully in distance learning, a Roll-out for Grade 6, 10, 12 on Providing
    Formative Assessment and Timely Feedback in Distance Learning will be held within
    October 11-15 & 18-22, 2021 through a district-led implementation.
    4. The roll-out is designed for two days (20-21 October 2021) as agreed by Certified Learning
    Facilitators and select Master Teachers. (Enclosure No. 1)
    5. Participant are all Grade 6, 10, 12 teachers and school heads (Please Refer Enclosure No. 2)
    6. Participant may access the portal through this link meet.google.com/ozj-syyu-qwi
    7. The Division Office will be Providing QATAME link for monitoring and evaluation purposes.
    8. If there are clarifications, you may contact any of our facilitators’
    9. Immediate dissemination of this memorandum is desired
