    come impassive structures – may it be individuals, things, or encounters. Whatever it very well might be,
    they doubtlessly keep our enthusiasm consuming inside ourselves. They are the essential motivation
    behind why we keep going, endeavor to put forth a valiant effort and rouse others. Without them, we
    are like vehicles who have void fuel tanks. We won't be productive, powerful, and productive in our
    obligations and obligations. Also, as the colloquialism goes "no man isan island", it implies that we,
    alone, can't convey our assignments and go over with it. Instead, we ought to have a person or thing to
    satisfy our undertakings and aspirations in educating calling

    For seven years of teaching, this is my realization as I embark on the journey of being a
    professional teacher. As a teacher you need to be patient, and motivated. Teaching is not just the only
    responsibility of a teacher. A teacher can be a guide; a teacher can be a leader, and even a role model
    for the students. Teachers also need ‘enablers’ in their passion, just like other professionals.

    My enablers of passion are my family, relatives, friends, colleagues as well as the parents and
    most particularly my pupils or learner. They are the justification for why I live, decide to battle and
    endure.

    My family is one of my empowering agents in continuing my career. I figure out that I couldn't
    thoroughly live and seek after my dreams without them. They are my main allies in my profession, in my
    vocation, and I'm exceptionally grateful for having them. Family is without a doubt my wellspring of
    motivation at whatever point I feel depleted and in some cases demotivated. Because of them, I figure
    out how to pull together, to define objectives, and to begin once more

    My companions, family members and colleagues gave me boldness to battle. They push me to
    grab opportunities .The guardians of my learners or pupils are my observer. Seeing them satisfied with
    my performance as second mother of their child made me feel fulfilled.

    My learners or my pupils are my fortune and speculations. My learners or my pupils are truly
    important in light of the fact that they give significance of what I am as an educator. They say that an
    educator rouses the learners or my pupils, however for me the learners or my pupils moves me. They
    resemble fills that give me energy. In the event that they change even as basic as from non-reader to
    reader, non - numerates to numerates the feeling is unexplainable. It is a greater amount of self-
    satisfaction, higher than joy. I want to be remembered by my students as their mother. A mother who
    leads. A mother who guides. A mother who inspires. And a mother who models the right attitude and
    behavior of a good citizen. Learners or pupils needs inspiration. It is one of my obligations to inspire
    them to just continue their journey because every challenges are meant to mold them into a better one.

    Indeed, being a teacher is a challenging profession. The


    enablers of my passion really help me to do my profession with great
    passion and determination. To be an exceptional teacher that is worth
    remembering is also a challenge; that is why the need to set goals on
    how to achieve this is truly a necessary action.
