Step 1. Registrar: a.) Issuance of application for Enrolment, Prospectus, ID Number and Evaluation of subjects. (regular &

Note: a.) Request for change of subjects will be entertained by the Registrar three days after the start of classes with a fee
of P50.00 per subject (except for dissolved subjects).
b.) No request for change and additional subjects will be entertained after the close of enrolment.
c.) Close of Enrollment is 1 week after the start of classes.
