3. How to easily execute or get information of the required function.


01) Select the cell where you want to write the result of the required function by click.
02) Select the "FORMULAS" tab on the ribbon by click.
03) Select the "Insert Function" of the "Function Library" by click.
04) Then the "Insert Function" popup window will appear.
05) Write the required function in the "Search for a function" of the "Insert Function" window.
06) Select the "Go" at the top right of the "Insert Function" window by click.
07) Then the requested function will be displayed on the top line inside the "Search a function" of the "Insert Function"
08) Select the "OK" at the bottom of the "Insert Function" window by click.
09) Or select the requested function displayed on the first line of the "Search a function" of the "Insert Function" windo
10) Then the "Function Arguments" popup window will appear.
11) Review the items of the requested function syntax automatically written and rewrite as necessary.
12) Select the "OK" at the bottom of the "Function Arguments" window by click.
13) Then the requested function is executed and the result is written in the selected cell.
14) Select the "Help on this function" at the bottom of the "Insert Function" window or the "Function Arguments" win
15) Then the "Excel Help" popup window will appear. So you can get information about the required function.
