1) The learner is 20 years old and is currently in her third year of college studying to become an elementary school teacher. She comes from a family with 4 children and both of her parents graduated from high school. 2) As a child, the learner was healthy and started walking at 2 years and 6 months old. She enjoyed eating fruits, vegetables, and milk. She was cared for by her mother as a child. 3) The learner is described as very friendly and helped others. She was allowed to play outside as a child with her classmates and cousins. Her parents have rules for her when going out with friends, such as coming home early.

Mother’s Health during pregnancy with the learner:


When my mother got pregnant she eat healthy foods because is important for
pregnant women like her. But at that time, she suffer because of me it takes hour
to take me out of the womb of my mother.

Ailments or health problems of the learner as a child:


Before when I was a kid I was really thankful that I have no problems in my physical
body because that time I am a children who enjoying and playing safely without
injury.

Age of the learner when he started to walk/talk:


I started walking when I was 2 in half a year.

Food preferences of the learner as a child and at present;


I love to eat watermelon and banana also the sweet foods, vegetables and milk.

Describe your child’s sociability (friendly, outgoing or shy, loner)


She is very friendly, loving daughter, helping other when they get hurt coincidence.
Who were the learner’s playmates? Her classmates, cousins, siblings with the same
age as her.

As a child then was he/ she allowed to play outside?


Yes, she was there is no problem to play outside if they will still play in our
backyard together with her friends.

Is he/ she allowed to go out with friends? Do you have rules for him/ her to follow
regarding going out? What are these rules?
Yes But I'm telling her to go home early and not for too long especially that she’s a
girl and always to say that always be careful and do not argued with other friends.
EMOTIONAL- MORAL

What are your expectations of your child?


Show unto her what is expected for the future. and show her with love and have
to respect other people. Tell her also if she is wrong, so that the surrounding and
in the home will always stay cool and happy.

How do you provide a nurturing environment for your child?


Encourage your child to express her feelings and to respect that feeling. Give her
time because children feel important when we give them our time and attention.

Does your child go to you when he/ she fells down or has a problem? What do you
do to meet his/ her emotional needs?
Yes, when she has a problem she come with me and share the problems of what is
in the inside that makes her heart hurt. I know that if she has a problem because
she totally crying. To meet my child emotional needs, you must first understand
how she is feeling without trying to fix it or make it better. Because if you don’t
understand how your child is feeling, you won’t know how to guide her. Even
worse, you may guide her down the wrong path and to tears her down.

What do you do when he/ she is not successful in something?


If she’s not successful and failing to achieve something that I really want will allow
her to learn why she was not able to achieve it. Through the use of that , she can
reflect and in the future do better. I also encourage her to just don’t give up to your
works always remember that u can achieve it all from your hard works. Try and try
until you succeed.

How do you discipline your children?


Disciplining, is like to punishing and give her a reward, and is all about training. It
is the idea that we want to guide, instruct, and teach our children how to behave
instead of punishing them for misbehaving. That is one way to correcting our kids’
behaviors. Giving them the a reward and they need to learn an option POSITIVE
behavior to replace the negative behavior.
Do you have rules in the house? What are they?
Yes we have, all of the members are got assigned to cooked every Monday to
Sunday. And the rest is to clean the background. First is, You are not allowed to
play mobile games while eating. Second, You must eat food everything on your
plate. Third, Do not trust anyone that you don’t even know the name. Fourth, Do
not hit your siblings. Fifth, You must do your chores. Sixth, You must be in bed on
time at 8 in the evening. Seventh, You must complete your school work before
going out to play. This is the rules and this is the way how to treat them equal even
in work. Also to guide every child and respect each other.

do you impose the rules?


Yes through to impose the rules at home it makes our student to understand why
we have a rules. We impose rules on our children because we don’t trust our
children that much to behave in a way we feel is appropriate, without us
controlling their actions. Perhaps we think rules are the only way.
LEARNER’S COGNITIVE ASPECT

What are the child’s interests?


She interested in reading Watt pad, making activities while listening.
What is he/ she good at in school?
She is good in mathematics subject and kinesthetic activity.

In what subject/s does he/ she have difficulty?


The subject what she have a difficulty is about the Science subject.

How do you monitor his/ her performance in school? How do you motivate him /
her?
To monitor my daughter in performance in school by asking her about what they
learned from school and what activities they do in the particular field. To motivate
her just to keep going for the future. Keeping up with her curiosity, assisting her in
goal setting, and making sure that she really do the learning process.

Do have rules at home to help her/him develop good study habits? What are these
rules? How are they implemented?
To take care of themselves first, To organized the things before they started to
study, Think positive, Keep reading, Rewarding them. You need to focus like going
to a quiet place. Don’t use your phone for games use it for study. Don’t waste your
time to watch videos unless if the teacher give you homework. Try to give schedule
from your study example English -7:00-8:00. Take notes always. If you have a hard
study or activities you need to finish the hard activities so that you don’t have to
worry. Don’t forget to review all your notes especially if you have exam. This the
rules can also make them familiarize of what to do. This things can implement my
children and help her to understand what to do such a things.
