PROVERBS
1. “Nasa Diyos ang Awa!, nasa tao ang Gawa!”
Mercy is in God! the work is in Man! Asking God mercy is more effective if you
work hard. And God will give what you need. God has mercy on man and wants
to help the problems of life but it depends whether he acts or not.

2. “Ang buhay ay parang gulong, minsang nasa itaas, minsan nasa ibabaw.”
Life is like a wheel, once on top, once on the bottom. Human life is not only a
pure pleasure but also there is a sorrow to go through. Life is ever-changing,
sometimes fun and easy and sometimes hard.

3. “Magbiro ka lang sa lasing huwag lang sa bagong gising!”

Just joke with the drunk, not just with the newly awake. Sometimes, a person is
rude when he is newly awake, especially if he lacks sleep or his sleep is disturbed.
This is why we should avoid joking with the newly awakened ones.

4. “May tainga ang lupa, may pakpak ang balita.”

The earth has ears, the news has wings. The news spreads quickly whether it is
good or bad when it reaches the human ear and comes out of the mouth.

5. “Ang ginagawa sa pagkabata, kadalasan ay nadadala sa pagtanda.”)

What is done in childhood, is often carried over into old age. What a child does,
whether good or bad, then often carry with them as they get older so when they
are young, what needs to be corrected must be corrected.

6. “Ang hindi umaayaw ay hindi nananalo, ang nananalo ay hindi umaayaw”

The loser does not win, the winner does not reject. Those whose refuse do not
win if you want to win or succeed you should just continue in life until you
achieve what is hoped for.

7. “Huwag gawin sa iba ang ayaw mong gawin sa iyo”

Don’t do to others what you don’t want them to do to you. If we don’t do the
things we don’t want other people do to us, only good things will happen.
8. “Kung ano ang itatanim ay sya ring aanihin!”
What to plant is the same harvest. What you do to others whether good or bad,
will come back to you. In life if you’re working hard you’re certainly going to have
something to harvest.

9. “Bawat isa sa atin ay arkitekto ng ating kapalaran”

Each of us is an architect of our future. We make decisions that will affect our
lives. We have to work hard so that we can reach what you want to be, with
prayer.

10. “Ang taong nagigipit sa patalim kumakapit!”

The man holding the knife clings. The person who is struggling in life is forced to
do evil to provide for his needs.

11. “Aanhin pa ang damo, kung patay na ang kabayo!”

What you gonna do to the grass, if the horse is dead. What’s good in the food to
be given if there is no one to eat it. For what or to whom else will you give the
help if it is too late.

12. “Pulutin ang mabuti, iwaksi ang masama!”

Pick up the good, get rid of the bad. Good teachings or deed should be practice
or continued while bad and unpleasant ones should not practice.

13. “Kung walang tiyaga ,walang nilaga.”

If there is no perseverance, nothing is stewed. There is no progress if you do not
know how to persevere or work hard.

14. “Ubos-ubos biyaya, pagkatapos nakatunganga.”

Absolute grace, then staring. Many of us like this when we receive a salary buy
like this and buy like that, buy everything we want now and don’t think that
there is a need tomorrow for other expenses, so in the end there is no payment
for the expenses and for others.

15. “Mabuti pa ang kubo, na ang nakatira ay tao, kaysa mansion na nakatira ay
kuwago”
Better is a hut, whose occupant is a man than a mansion whose occupant is an
owl. It is better to live in a small house with a good and kind person than in a big
house where you will be oppressed and mistreated.

16. “Madali ang maging tao, mahirap magpakatao.”

It’s easy to be human, its hard to be human. People with different temperaments
are difficult to deal with and get along with people with different temperaments.
17. “Pag di ukol, di bubukol.”
You have desire to do or a dream that you want to achieve, but if you never
achieved it that field it’s not for you.

18. “Ang katotohanan kahit na ibaon, mabubulgar rin pagdating ng panahon.”

The truth even buried, will also be exposed when the time comes. Whatever is
made hidden in the truth, it will appear and still appear.

19. “Ano man ang gagawin, makapitong isipin.”

Whatever you do, think seven times. Whatever decision you make, think carefully
so that you do not make mistakes and regret it later.

20. “Ang hindi napagod mag-ipon, walang hinayang magtapon.”

No tired to lay, no regrets to throw. Anything you don’t own or you don’t work
hard to do it doesn’t matter to you even if you break or throw things away.

21. “Kung sino pa ang magsalita ay siyang kulang sa gawa.”

Whoever else speaks is the one who lacks action. Who else commands command
and loudly speaks rebuking everyone to see, he is still the one who has done
nothing.

22. “Ako ang nagbayo, ako ang nagsaing saka ng maluto’y iba ang kumain”
Ang lupang binungkal aata inaalagaan, pinaghirapan upang ito ay
pagkakakitaan dumadating sa buhay ng tao na dahil ito hindi mo sariling lupa o
pag-aari bigla itong kukunin upang sila ang makinabang.

23. “Kapag ang tao’y matipid, maraming maililigpit.”

When a person is frugal, many can be saved. If you are frugal and inexpensive
you will save a lot.

The strong bond of the
couple if they are truly love it will lead to marriage.

25. “Ang hindi magmahal sa kanyang wika ay mahigit pa sa hayop at malansang isda”
A person who does not love his own language is worse than beast and foul-
smelling fish.

26. “Ang kaginhawaan ay nasa kasiyahan at wala sa kasaganahan”

Well-being is in happiness and not in the prosperity.

paroroonan.”
If you don’t know how to look back to where you came from, you will not reach
your destination.

28. “Ang karukhaan ay hindi hadlang sa pagtatagumpay”

Poverty is not a hindrance to success.

29. “Sa kakapili, ang nakuha ay bungi”

30. “Huwag kang magtiwala sa di mo kilala”
