Class 8 Physics

This document contains a half-yearly exam for Class 8 Physics. It has two sections - Section A contains 5 multiple choice questions testing definitions and concepts. Section B contains longer answer questions testing explanations of concepts like potential vs kinetic energy, density vs relative density, and evaporation vs boiling. It also asks students to list characteristics of molecules, state energy changes in devices, and calculate pressure exerted by a brick in different positions. The exam tests a range of essential physics concepts through short and long answer questions to assess student understanding.
