Instructional plan

Planning helps to critically assess the goal to see if it's realistic. It facilitates decision
making and allows setting a time frame by predicting to achieve its goal,
planning involves the setting of goals and these predetermined goals are accomplished
with the help of managerial functions like planning, organizing, staffing, directing and
controlling.
Being a teacher, I know it’s not an easy profession, compared to other professions that
also require training and education, the stress that teachers go through each day
can be significantly greater. Sometimes, we even have to spend our own money on
school supplies. we don't really go on vacation during summer, making a lesson plan is
one of the challenges because we have to plan so that we can achieve our objective in
particular lesson and especially the student’s knowledge. The process of writing
the plan helps us  to clearly understand and ingrain the flow of the lesson. The lesson
plan helps us teachers to pay attention to the students' learning process, not just the
steps the teacher needs to follow. Lesson planning can help the teacher to be well
prepared and be aware of what we intend on teaching the students. Thus, the learning
capacity of each student varies from one another, minimize this understanding gap if
the teacher plans the lesson effectively. These plan plans help teachers be more
effective in the classroom by providing a detailed outline to follow each class period. As
a future teacher it’s important for us to have plan because these plans are very helpful
for us to work in ease. Having a good lesson plan conveys to the teacher as to what is
important for students when it comes to learning. Planning a lesson is a really effective
tools to use in the classroom, it makes the best use of class time and ensures as much
lesson time as possible is used to teach new concepts, build on students' prior
knowledge and to promote meaningful discussions. It gives teachers a detailed outline
to follow, so it helps them be even better teachers. It plays a role in the learning
experience of students and how engaged they will be in their subjects. Even if it can
feel a little overwhelming to pin down specific objectives and outcomes for every lesson
you teach, approaching students with a clear path in mind is so important to get your
entire class on the right track. That isn't to say it's always a bad thing if lessons follow
their own path, sometimes lessons need to be adapted in the moment to address
individual student concerns or ideas. Yet most of the time, you at least need some
context of what your lesson is trying to achieve to ensure it is successful. The idea of
what the lesson will about should be shared with students, so they are aware of what
they should be learning.
Lesson planning is at the heart of being an effective teacher. It is a creative process
that allows us to synthesize our understanding of second language acquisition and
language teaching pedagogy with our knowledge of our learners, the curriculum, and
the teaching context. It is a time when we envision the learning we want to occur and
analyze how all the pieces of the learning experience should fit together to make that
vision a classroom reality.
