    Dear Madam:

    This is to formally inform you that we currently cannot fully access our Bancnet account
    because there were account credentials that are already inactive, therefore rendering the
    workflow to be interrupted. We religiously intend the utilization of the Bank Transfer
    mode of payment, but this has been a bottleneck on our end. We are currently in the
    process of modification with the partner bank of the credentials that are to be modified
    and added.

    Due this, we would like request your good office to allow the company to file tax forms
    though eBIRforms and pay over the counter as follows:
