INSTRUCTIONS:

1. In cells B18 and G18, enter the name of the indicator (for example, Minimum Acceptable Diet)
2. Enter the number of individuals in group 1 who practiced the behavior in cell B20.
3. Enter the number of individuals in group 1 who did not practice the behavior in cell C20.
4. Enter the number of individuals in group 2 who practiced the behavior in cell B21.
5. Enter the number of individuals in group 2 who did not practice the behavior in cell C21.
6. Take note of the chi-square and p-values in cells G29 and G30, respectively.
