3.NPER Function Excel Template 1

Ms. ABC took out a loan of Rs. 1,000,000 at an 8% annual interest rate. She pays Rs. 10,000 monthly as the EMI. She wants to know how many months it will take to pay back the loan. The NPER function in Excel can calculate this. It provides the number of periods (months or years) based on the present value (loan amount), interest rate, payment amount, and type (whether payments are made at the start or end of period).
