    Major Responsibilities
     Manage, motivate, empower and supervise NSS (Network Switching Center) team to perform every
    activity daily to run the network smooth and minimize incidents.
     Provide analysis of respective MSC sites in a documented form, monthly parameter audit for
    respective MSC and core nodes with detailed parameter standards and planned database.
     Ensuring environmental condition by PM,CM check on daily and weekly basis as well as provide
    network health check report and signaling load status of inter MSC as well as BSC on daily basis
    with alarm handling of the system.
     Analyze and Design the systems with appropriate layouts including calculations and cost
    estimation ensuring proper quality services.
     Co-ordination with Vendor for Fault Identification and Rectification, Problem Synthesis and
    Reporting.
     Wrote reports and compiled data for existing and potential electrical projects.
     Identified power system issues through field inspections and the study of maps, diagrams, and graphs.
     Directed installation of electrical components and tested completed work to ensure compliance.
     Hand on experience in networking equipment such as, Cisco routers, Switches, hubs & firewall.
     Posses strong hold on IP addressing, Sub netting, Subnet mask, VLSM, CIDR and IPv6.
     Installation, Maintenance & Troubleshooting of LAN/WAN Networks.
