Space Awareness
1. Location: Self and General Space.
2. Directions: Forward/Backward, Left/Right, Up/Down,
Sideways, and Clockwise/Counterclockwise.
3. Pathways: Straight, Curved, and Zigzag.
4. Levels: High, Medium, and Low.
5. Extensions: Far/Near and Large/Small.

Effort Concepts
1. Time: Fast/Slow.
2. Force: Strong/Light.
3. Flow: Bound/Free.

Relationships
1. Of body parts: Round (curved), Narrow, Wide, Twisted,
Symmetrical/nonsymmetrical.
2. With objects and/or people: Over/under, On/off, Near/far, In
front/behind, Along/through, Meeting/parting, Surrounding,
Around, and Alongside.
3. With people: Leading/following, Mirroring/matching,
Unison/contrast, Between groups, Groups, Partners, Solo,
Alone in a mass.
