    concrete you need you don’t know what to do with the excess.

    You would not be able to finish what you needed to pour.

    3. What percentage of the total cost of the pad does the steel rebar account for?
    36.5% of the total cost is rebar.

    4. Why is it important to estimate the cost of construction for a building project?


    To ensure that you have the money to fully complete a project before starting it.
