1. Overview and Scope

1.1. Functional Description


In material master there will be one check box to capture whether the material will be relevant for
Insurance or not. It will be created in the Purchasing view of the material Master.

Users will be able to create / change/ batch upload the check box for Insurance in the Material
Master. The field needs to be extended in the standard table of SAP & will be captured for report
generation.

1.2. Assumptions
None

1.3. Transaction Volume


The Insurance Checkbox will be available for every request for material Create / Change option.

1.4. Frequency & Timing


It is real time. Whenever the Material master is created or changed, in the Purchasing view the
Insurance check box will be available.

Real Time processing.
