will focus on advertising agencies in India. There are thousands of advertising agencies in
India and this list will focus on the major agencies. Along with the major advertising
agencies in India, I have added a few local agencies to give a more balanced list. This list of
advertising agencies in India is designed to give you a starting point. If you know of an
advertising agency in India that should be on this list leave a comment below and let us
know.

seemed to pervade agencies and people.

Date: 1st April 2021

Subject: Proposal for organizing a Mock Press Conference

Respected Ma’am,
This is to place a request to let us organize a mock press conference on our latest “Phoenix
Model S”, a sport sedan, which is India’s first pure electric vehicle maker, on 5th April 2021 in
your college. Phoenix is taking a step on the journey towards green mobility. We are officially
launching our electric vehicles with two-fourth of sales outlets to gauge the market. Now, as we
gear to launch our electric cars in the country, we are exploring to organize a mock press
conference for the youths.

Our affordable electric premiere model, ‘Phoenix Model S’ will be launch in India on 1st May
2021 marking India’s first pure electric car. The forthcoming model differs from any model as
it provides a solar rooftop photo-voltaic system which makes it super-easy to charge. The
‘Model S’ can cruise for over 500 miles on a full 60 minutes-charge. It can accelerate from 0-60
miles per hour in as little as 2.1 seconds. It also provides Windshield Display GPS which
conveniently projects directions and other useful information onto your car's windshield. With a
changeable engine sound feature, it also provides automatic emergency braking, making it a
truly desirable feature for many.

Eagerly looking forward to your positive response and approval.

Sincerely,
PR Department
