Project Duration Estimates


• Develop an AON network diagram with legend and using
proper unidirectional relationship arrows and calculate the
project duration for the following questions
• Use Day₀ format first, then covert to Day₁ format for your
answer.
• Question 11 on page 199
• Find the project float for question 11, if the management only
gives 110 days to work.
• Questions 13 and 14 on pages 200
• In addition, find ES, EF, LS, and LF in Day 1 format
• Find the project floats for questions 13 & 14 if the management
only allows 20 working days for each project.
Submission including all the necessary diagrams and answers for each
question
Include all the participated student names and student numbers on
your title page
