    I have received a copy of Indian Bank's Acceptable Use Policy Guidelines on e-mail/internet
    acceptable use (Annexure nos. ) dated and have read and understood the same.

    I agree to abide by the following:

    o Follow all Policies, Guidelines and Procedures that are set forth in the aforementioned
    document for the duration of my employment I association with the Bank.

    o Indian Bank's e-mail/internet systems are to be used for conducting the Bank's business
    only and use of this facility for private purpose is strictly prohibited, except when
    expressly permitted.

    o Bank may access and review any mails, materials created, stored, sent or received by
    me through the Bank network or Internet connection.

    o As an employee I business associate of the Bank and user of Bank's gateway to the
    Internet and e-mail system.this e-maillinternet guideline applies to me.

    o Violations of this guidelines on e-mail/internet acceptable use may subject me to


    disciplinary action, up to and including discharge from employment and any legal action
    in case of illegal acts that may be initiated by the Bank during my employment I
    association with the Bank or thereafter.
