02 Personal Fitness Pace Chart

This Pace Chart has been designed as a time management tool that when used properly will help you stay on
track and complete the course in a timely manner. Each week you are in the course you will need to complete
the lessons listed for that week. Refer to a calendar to fill in the due date through "Week 16" (Week 16 will be
a little more than three months from today). Items in Bold are to be submitted to your instructor, all other items
are required readings. If you have any questions about the pace charts, do not hesitate to talk to your
instructor!

Vacation Policy: Each segment of the Course Pace Chart contains floating weeks off. These weeks can be
used as you need them. Taking time off from the course work is an individual choice and is not required.
Please discuss your plans for taking time off with your instructor before you take the time off. Informing your
instructor before using the time off will allow proper documentation of your absence from the course.

parent/guardian, I agree to check each week to see that my child has completed the work listed.
