    Dear Mr. El Khatib,

    In 2018, Lize joined TWA with a salary of 22,000 SAR (no HRA allowance) as Head of Student
    Services.

    In 2020, Lize’s salary decreased to 19,500 SAR (Basic 18,000 + 1,5000 HRA) also for her role as
    Head of Student Services.

    In 2021, Lize De Jager was promoted to a senior leadership position as part of the staff
    optimization and re-structuring plan for the academic year 2021/22. Her new responsibilities, as
    Head of Prep, include managing all educational programs, staff and children across Grades 2-7.
    She also continues to retain her role as Head of Student Services.

    Lize’s HRA was increased from SAR 1,500 to 4,500 to reflect her enhanced responsibilities.
