the things that are unfamiliar and difficult for you.

This module is made especially for you.

 You use some parts to help you move.


 You use some parts to help you observe things.
 You use your body parts to do many things.

 Your head has many parts. Your hair, ears, and eyes are parts of your
head.
 Your nose and mouth are also part of your head.
 Inside your mouth are your tongue and teeth.
 Your neck holds your head.

Activity 1.
Ask your brother, sister, or mother /father to stand in front of you.
Observe the different parts of his head. Name them.
REMEMBER!
Your face is a part of your head. Your eyes, nose, ears, and mouth are
found on your face.
You also have hair on your head.
Your tongue and teeth are inside your mouth.
Your neck connects your head to your shoulders.

 Your trunk or torso has different parts.
 Your shoulder and chest are parts of your torso/trunk.
 Your abdomen, waist, and hips are also parts of
your torso/trunk.

REMEMBER
 Your trunk is the middle part of your body.
Your trunk is where your shoulders, chest, abdomen, waist, and
hips are found.

 Place your hands on your shoulders.
 Move your shoulders to the right, then to the left. Move them up and
down.
 Place your hands on your chest. Breathe in. Breathe out.
 Point to your abdomen. Point to your hips and to your waist. How well can
you do each of them?

 Your arms and legs are called limbs.
 Your limbs are where your arms, elbow, fingers, hands, thighs, legs,
knees, feet and toes are found.
 Parts of your arms helps you carry or hold objects. Your legs help you
walk, run, or hop.
