 -We’ve all been told that healthy eating can transform your life and help you live a longer and more active
one. I'll get more fruits and veggies inserted in my meals everyday. I'll aim for two servings of fruit and five
servings of veggies each day. I'll try to eat less saturated and trans fats. I'll eat food with less salt. I'll try to eat
less sugar. By substituting honey in your coffee and opt for less sugary desserts. I'll drink more water and aim
for drinking half your body weight in ounces. I'll drink more water than colored drinks.

  Make a “FOOD PLAN” for 1 week (base on My Pyramid Plan) to improve nutritional status of the elderly.

Chicken Noodle Soup with 1 fruit

Fruit & Yoghurt.

Oatmeal with fruit then coffee

Peanut Butter on Toast: Wholemeal or seed bread (toasted) with peanut butter. + 1 glass of milk.

Grilled Fish & Vegetables: Fish with steamed vegetables.
Dinner
Tuna paella Serve with mixed salad vegetables.
Snacks
Fruit & Yoghurt. Avocado on a slice of rye toast.
