Select Region from dropdown.

Select Division from dropdown.

Type School ID.

If school ID is found, the Result/School box will be filled with the name of the school.

6 Click Confirm School. The button will change to Confirmed.

Type the exact number of teachers (P and HP) in the school who are
expected/required to submit their IPCRF 2019-2020.

Type all details (Name, Position/Designation, DepEd email address) of all 3


nominated uploaders.

9 Click Submit. If this appears and you are sure of

the accuracy and completeness of data, click Yes, Submit it!. If not, click
Cancel and check the data first before submitting.

If done, this appears.

(6) Type School ID. If there is no School ID yet, type NOSCID.

(7) Type complete School Name.

(8) Click Submit. If this appears and you are sure of

the accuracy and completeness of data, click Yes, Submit it!. If not, click
Cancel and check the data first before submitting.

If done, this appears.
