Project Description: Our team at Simple Finance works on the Salesforce engineering team for the banking app called Simple.com.
The requirements are driven by the stakeholders of Customer operations, Banking operations and Risk teams which directly impact
agents using Salesforce service cloud facing customers using Simple as their banking.
