A healthy diet is essential for good health and nutrition. It protects you against many

Method

1. In a large pot, sauté the chopped shallots in olive oil over medium-low heat
until they have softened.
2. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes.
3. Pour in the chicken stock and add the thyme.
4. Simmer for 15-20 minutes. Add the Evaporated Filled Milk.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Blend the soup to your desired consistency with a hand blender (but if you
don’t have one, let the soup cool first and use a blender to smoothen it out.
