Instructions for taking up Final test

Prerequisites for taking Final test


1. Laptop with camera
2. Mobile
3. Good internet facility
4. A4 sheets

General Instructions
1. Should sit in a proper place with proper lighting.
2. Throughout the test, you should be there online through google meet by turning on the
camera keeping the distance of 2 meter so that you will be under complete visibility.
3. Design Test will be conducted through google classroom from 11:30AM to 1:00PM.
4. The solution should be uploaded immediately between 1:00 PM to 1:10 PM
5. Steps to be followed in the test though google classroom

Step 1: Open your mail & select the message sent from Prasanna. Click on join

Step 2: After that you will be redirected to new window as shown below & click on join

Step 3: By clicking on join, you can see the assignment where question paper is uploaded.
Click on it so that you can see the question paper along with instructions.
Go through the instructions & click on the question paper.

Step 4 : Write the answers for the question paper in an A4 sheet & upload it through the
mobile by following the below steps.

 Upload your answer sheet by clicking on Add or create


 After clicking you will be prompted to choose mode of option to upload the answer
sheet. Select mode as file type & click on select from your device

 By selecting the camera click the photo of your answer sheet & upload it by clicking
on the tick mark
 Kindly make sure the documents uploaded are readable, otherwise it will not be
accepted.

 By selcting the option add more files upload all the answer sheets by following the
above steps.

 Finally submit all the sheets for clicking on turn in option

 Make sure you are not clicking on unsubmit.
