PROPOSED ATM AUTOMATION SYSTEM ARCHITECHTURE WITH INTEGRATION PLAN

Brief Description:

Each CWP shall run two virtual machines (VM). One will receive data string from the main DPDS and
other will receive the data string from the stand by DPDS.

The controller shall be able to switch between VMs using special keys or GUI buttons.

The global adaptation shall be applied to either main DPDS with main VMs or shall be applied to stand
by DPDS with stand by VMS. When global adaptation shall be applied to main DPDS with main VMs,
the controller shall work with stand by DPDS with stand by VMs and vice versa.

There is no need for controllers to change position during adaptation.

The controller shall be able to work from simulator CWPs if they need to vacate the operational ACC.

There will be separate main and standby DPDS for both operational and simulator positions.
