Objective and Requirements

Estate Masterplanning aims the following:

1. Provision the network with future builds such as Mobile, Broadband, Data, and IoT

2. Efficiently design the network by optimizing the use of OSP and Transport by introducing
a Meet-Me-Room (MMR) facility

Globe will need the following requirements to assess and provide a high level design,

1. Site Development Plans – This may include phasing of projects, cut of lands, type of use
(commercial, residential)

2. Auxiliary plans – This includes the conduit and electrical plans. Our proposal may

• Macro Site has larger coverage and capacity installed in rooftops


• Small cell has smaller coverage but can be strategically installed in lamp post to provide
coverage on streets and alley ways between buildings where there’s coverage gap
• Improve coverage and subs experience for 4G and 5G

 A minimum 300mm thick diameter pole is needed for the small cell
