Leadership and Coaching Styles Questionnaire

This document contains a 27-item questionnaire to assess leadership and coaching styles. Respondents are asked to rate statements on a scale of 1 to 5 based on how true each statement is of their leadership approach. The questions assess styles that are directing, guiding, supporting, or hands-off. Leaders are also encouraged to have others complete the questionnaire anonymously to understand how others perceive their leadership style and compare responses. Scores are then interpreted using a grid to identify a preferred leadership style. Leaders should reflect on whether this matches their self-perception and how flexible they are in different styles.
