Processing Questions:
1. Were you able to fill out all related descriptions for each person? Which of the
descriptions is the most observable?
Absolutely. The most observable description is the Thinker or Doer. All of
them are thinkers because before they make a move, they always think first.
2. What is the most difficult description to observe? Explain.
Nurturing or Disciplinarian. It’s a little bit hard for me to observe them if they
are nurturing or disciplinarian because this kind of description usually happens
in their homes. However, I find that Noribel is a disciplinarian. She is the one
who teaches or enforces orders, especially to her groupmates. She behaves like
m
a formalist that everyone follows her orders.

3. What can you say about the differences that you observed among these three

persons?
o.
rs e
Well, they were commonly similar to each other based on what I’ve just

answered or described them using the options in each column. All of them are
smart and hard-working students. It is why I chose them because I know their
attitudes very-well. However, they are different when it comes to their interests.

when she had free time she often draws something animated or organizing the
files on her laptop and Gillane always have an interest in Korean stuff like some
famous K-pop songs and dances (she is a fan of Twice).

support. Like if your friend has an emotional problem you must support them
emotionally also.
2. Which of the situations is the most difficult to handle or manage? Explain.
A friend who lost his parents due to accident. When your mother or father
dies, that bond is torn. In response to this loss you may feel a multitude of
strong emotions. Numbness, confusion, fear, guilt, relief and anger are just a
few of the feelings you may have. Sometimes these emotions will follow each
other within a short period of time.
3. What type of support or help is the easiest to provide? Explain.
The easiest type of support is physical and spiritual support. Physical support
is always our option when we can't find words to say our concerns or empathy,
just a simple hand gesture or heart-warming gesture will do show our support.
m

Second is Spiritual support since its common in a sense that whenever we see

people on their breakdowns, our spiritual self comes naturally. We often show

4. What have you realized after doing this activity?

I realized that we humans are capable of having different kinds of problems on
the other hand we are actually lucky. Some people's situations are honestly
o
unfortunate. Everyone has complications in life. For the most part, we can
aC s
quickly solve them without much trouble. We either come up with a quick

solution or use a strategy that worked in the past. Because problems can cause
anxiety, many people will try to avoid, ignore, or procrastinate when dealing
with difficult issues in their lives. Unfortunately, avoiding your problems usually

causes them to come back, and a small problem can become a big problem over

Module 2: Accepting the Individuality of Others
How should we celebrate our individual differences?
We rejoice our differences by devoted ourselves just for who we are. Our uniqueness
creates our own identity that no one can take away from us. We should solely accept our
individuality without condemning ourselves. We are called "different” from what is the norm in
society. No one can love us more than ourselves. Everyone in this world is a product of a
different upbringing and experience. Hence, it is not anymore a surprise if everyone has
unique differences.
There are a lot of ways to celebrate our differences. First, celebrate our differences. We
can invite our friends or fellow students to participate in the sharing of each other's
background. May it be about the culture, about each other's family, or as simple as the likes
m
er as
and dislikes of each other. Second, we can also celebrate our differences by accepting our
co
differences. Once we have acknowledged our diversity we can be freed from all our
eH w
insecurities and being free from insecurities is indeed a celebration. Lastly, we can celebrate
o.
rs e
our differences by accepting other people's differences. It is not enough that we only trust our
ou urc
differences. We must allow other people's differences. Another great way to celebrate our
differences is to invite families in to share. Inspire them to share the ways they celebrate an
o
occasion or their different hobbies, interests, music. Learning about families within the group
aC s
creates a sense of unity and understanding.
v i y re
We should not try to change others. We should not try to make them like us. They have
free will to choose. If they want to change then it should be their desire and choice. All
ed d
humans are related to each other whose ancestry is in Adam and Eve and Noah and His sons,
ar stu
Shem, Ham, and Japheth. God has endowed all humans with talents, multi-intelligence, and
creativity and should not be restricted in their intelligence, uniqueness, and creativity because
sh is
they are different. We should celebrate all humans that make or made contributions to society
Th
regardless of individual differences.
Celebrating our uniqueness should also mean respecting other people for themselves.
We have to appreciate their differences and not use them to create barriers and
discrimination. We have to accept them as well as we are. They have their flaws and
strengths which make them who they are. Nobody needs anyone’s approval about individual
differences and appreciations. We have to accept each other without creating any issues. We
are all flawed and growing. We have yet to learn a lot from life. And we should live together
harmoniously to empower each other’s differences.
