LESSON PLAN IN GENERAL MATHEMATICS

In the previous unit, it has been established that the exponential function y=2x
is increasing all throughout its domain. Thus, the exponential function is a one-to-one function
and its inverse exists. Consequently, its inverse is also a function. The graphs of y=2x has
its inverse function, x=2 y . The inverse of an exponential function is the logarithmic function.
