Design features « Compact design, rugged constructions pump with quieter operation. « Pump plungers are powered by forged crankshaft supported by heavy cylindrical roller bearings and driven by means of a built in helical gears and pinion drive. « The ductile iron connecting links have replaceable steel backed babbit lined bearing « Ultrasonically tested forged S.S pump head ensures safe operation at High Pressure. « Smooth Finish of Ceramic Oxide Plungers ensures Negligible Wear And Friction. « Valves and seats made from special high strength materials ensure long life. « Sealing with special packing material having no wear sensitive lip. « Variations in flow and pressure possible by simple change of conversion kits. High pressure Pump with unloader and safety valve is coupled with electric motor or diesel engine and assembled with centrifugal pump and filter to ensure supply of pressurized clean water at pump inlet. Complete pump unit with Local control panel, instrumentation and safety controls is mounted on a vibration free fixed base frame or towable trolley with solid / pneumatic wheels. Overhead water tank can also be fixed on frame. Complete unit can also be manufactured suitable for operation in hazardous area with flameproof electrics.
