Many governments have started investing in ICT to enhance teaching and learning in

schools around the world. Despite all of these investments in ICT facilities, equipment, and

professional development to enhance education, ICT adoption and inclusion in teaching and

learning has been restricted in many countries. (Charles 2012). Students need access and

support in order to learn with ICT, as important are the type of usage, for example to replace of

extend traditional method of teaching. In Latin America and Caribbean, Hinostrosa and Labbe

(2011) point out that the school and teacher’s perspective contribute significantly to the variation

in learning opportunities from simple operations to creative uses of ICT.

Information and communication technologies (ICT) have brought about profound

changes in the world’s economy. One of the sectors that has a huge change is in the field of

education, change of teaching method is perceive by teachers, according to the research study

of Ruales and Adriano (2011) teacher educators have positive attitudes towards ICT integration

to instruction. However, implementing the use ICT method has also a negative effect to the

students, Adonis (2021) reported that teachers conducting online classes found that nearly half

of their student never gets a chance to show up in classes due to some issues using the ICT.
