About This Document

Purpose
This document includes the following four parts.
l Product Description
It describes the basic information of iGWB, including the definition, typical networking,
features, functions, structures, the principles for the iGWB to process CDRs, and technical
specifications.
l Installation Guide
It describes how to install iGWB software after installing iGWB hardware. It also describes
installation preparations, installation planning, and installation process.
l Configuration Guide
It describes how to configure the iGWB. As for each service, topics include the basic
knowledge, configuration procedure, and parameters.
l Routine Maintenance
It describes the maintenance principles, routine maintenance tasks, and Useful information
about routine maintenance in the iGWB.

system time on the iGWB server, checking the function
of sending alarms, checking the parameter settings,
checking the functions of processing CDR files, and
cleaning the tape drive head.

switchover of the primary and secondary iGWB servers,
checking the restart of the devices, and checking the
cable connections.

Keyboard Operation
Format Description

Key Press the key. For example, press Enter and press Tab.

Mouse Operation
Action Description

Click Select and release the primary mouse button without moving the pointer.

Double-click Press the primary mouse button twice continuously and quickly without
moving the pointer.

Drag Press and hold the primary mouse button and move the pointer to a certain
position.
