To download Amazon Chime: 1. Navigate to the Amazon Chime website and click "Free Download" then select the download button for your operating system. 2. For Mac users, drag the Chime icon into the Applications folder and double-click to launch. For Windows users, click "Run" in the installer window. 3. The steps differ slightly depending on whether you are joining from a laptop or phone. From a laptop, open Chime, enter the meeting ID, select audio and video options, and you are connected. From a phone, dial the country number, enter the meeting ID, and you are connected.

Downloading Amazon Chime

 Navigate to Amazon Chime: https://chime.aws/


 Click on the ‘Free Download’ button
 Click on the download button below your operating system
 The next steps will differ depending on your operating system:

Mac User Windows User

 Navigate to your Downloads folder and  Navigate to your downloads folder and

Joining a Meeting from a laptop (Audio and Video)


▪ When you are ready to interview, open Chime, and click ‘Join a Meeting’
▪ Input your meeting ID, which your Recruitment Coordinator will have provided
▪ Click ‘Join’
▪ When prompted, select ‘Use Mic and Speakers’
▪ If you are connecting for a video interview, you will then need to select ‘Start Webcam’
▪ You are now connected!

Joining a Meeting from a phone (Audio only)


▪ Dial the relevant Chime dial-in for your country: https://chime.aws/dialinnumbers/
▪ Enter your meeting ID, which will have been provided by your Recruitment Coordinator, then press the
£ key OR the # key.
▪ You are now connected!
