    JOINT MANIFESTATION FOR RECONCILIATION


    AND MOTION TO REVIVE FORMER PROPERTY REGIME
    COMES NOW, the parties, though their counsels and unto this
    Honorable Court most respectfully manifestation and move:
    1. To terminate the proceedings at whatever stage and/or set aside the
    final decree of the above-captioned case, as they have already
    settled the dispute and mutually agreed and arrived at reconciliated;

    2. To revive the former property regime of the spouses, which is


    Conjugal Partnership of Gains and further manifested that:
    a. The newly acquired House and lot with an area of 750 m2
    situated in Purok 4 Libjo, Tiwi, Albay; the lot with an area of an
    area of 550 m2 situated in Purok 1 Tigbi, Tiwi, Albay; and the
    brand new 2020 Honda Civic with plate number ED 12088 are
    to be contributed anew to the restored property regime;
    b. The Kawasaki KR150 with plate number ED12342 and
    Kawasaki ZX130 wih plate number ED44535 are to be retained
    as exclusively owned by Mr. KOKO KING;
    c. The restaurant business situated in Purok 4 Libjo, Tiwi, Albay
    and the Suzuki Multicab with plate number ED23245 are to be
    retained as exclusively owned by Mrs. JULLIA KING;

    3. The only known creditor of the spouses is Mr. KOKO MARTIN KING
    who has his residence at Purok 2 Tigbi, Tiwi, Albay to whom the
    spouses owed the amount of TWO MILLION (P2,000.000.00)
    PESOS;

    Wherefore, in view of the foregoing, the undersigned humbly pray that may
    this manifestation be given due course and that the judgment be rendered
    in accordance herewith.
