Key Deliverables:
Serving as the first point of contact for multiple senior stakeholders (Senior Manager’s/
Partner’s) to achieve strategic and operational objectives and build organizational
capabilities
Overseeing delivery of high-quality valuation solutions to onshore consultants. This will
include providing domain expertise, assuring quality on deliverables, providing guidance to
team members on complex projects etc.
Leading and reviewing projects on Business Valuation for Merger & Acquisitions (M&A),
valuation of companies for specialized financial reporting purposes such as purchase price
allocation (PPA) and Impairment testing of Goodwill.
Involved in performing Business valuation analysis by using various valuation approaches
like DCF (Income approach), Relative valuation (Guideline Company Method and Guideline
Transaction Method).
Building fully integrated financial statements projection models including ability to run
sensitivities within models.
Comparable Companies Analysis or Trading Comps and studying their multiples which are
further used for valuing a company.
Working on Company Overview, Industry and Economy reports and other Business Intelligence
reports.
Analyst coverage/ reports, Financial and Industry research-based assignments by using
various databases like Bloomberg, Thomson One, Capital IQ, Merger market, Factiva,
Thomson Reuters Eikon Business Monitor International.
Managing and leading teams which include managing performance, charting growth path,
mentoring and annual performance appraisal of the assigned resources across levels.

Perform Company Profiling & Industry research by gathering information from relevant and
qualified sources.
Conducting strategic research analysis based on frameworks including SWOT Analysis,
Porter’s five forces and PESTEL analysis.
Performing Financial Statement and Ratio Analysis for facilitating effective decision- making.
Tracking M&A deals for Global as well as non-global clients across US, Canada, EMEA and
Asia-Pac.
Conduct data analysis to support the research request provided by the client.
Responsible for determining risk inherent in each fund based on established methodology that
includes variables such as Fair Market Value/Realizable Value/Break Even Value comparison
to book value.
Apprising leadership of critical investments performance during quarterly portfolio reviews and
potential impairment discussions.
Responsible for Income projections for upcoming quarters based on inputs provided by Fund,
tracking industry newsletters and Annual meeting materials.
Recommending timing for Sell/ Hold decision for any Public Stock received as in- kind
distribution for maximum returns.
Leading a team on all aspects including scoping, timelines, content, client engagement.
Review work thoroughly to ensure consistently high-quality output, value addition and
adherence to timelines.
