As the Marketing Director of Freezy Frenzy Company, I am Mary Khent Bayaga and I am very pleased to
answer all your queries and questions.

SMART Television has always envision a world where the flow of content and information would be
unhindered. In the Span of 5 years, we have revolutionized the entertainment world, and we would continue to
extend our products to the greater public for them to experience a television, where you can do everything. So
far, we take pride in customer satisfaction, and quality and incorporative products all throughout the years we
are in business.
Going back to your queries, we have established the following to give answers to your questions:
1. What are the selling price for your product?

Our Products are selling at the bare minimum. With that being said you are sure that you get what
you deserve for the price you have paid. For as low as 12,000 you can have a television where you can
see the world, as it is.

The Price range of our products are dependent on the quality and the size of the television. The higher
the quality and the bigger the television, the pricier it becomes.

2. How does your Company address defective products?

Case to case basis is upheld. Defective products are settled through refund policies of the entity, that’s
how sure we are of the quality of our products. So far, only 1% have complaints about our product,
and all of them are minor glitches. We still have a zero percent rate of refund, because none of our
customer opted to choose this alternative.

3. How strong is your logistics?

The shipping of the product by our logistics is within 5-7 days. We need to make sure that every
product we shipped is complete, thus we need to check and recheck the product to make sure it depicts
what it purports to represent.

The strength of our logistics depend also on the prevailing astronomical and geographical conditions
at the present time. Likewise, shipping schedule is also a big consideration.
In line with this, we would like to propose 3 options in which you can avail our products.

Discount Package- This package means you can have an immediate 5% discount on the original prices of our
television provided that you pay through cash.
You can also choose to pay through installment basis that is you can still avail a 2% discount if you are to still your
accounts 10 days after the delivery. Failure to pay within the discount period means you need to pay the whole amount
for about 60 days. Extension of credit entails a 2% interest per annum basis on the original price of the products.

Free Shipping Package- This package means you must pay the original price without the corresponding list
and cash discounts, but the shipping fee is free of charge. Amongst other promos, this is the only one that
includes free shipping as an offer.

Free Installation Package- This package allows you to pay for the original price, but the installation of the
television is free of charge.
