As a future teacher what did you find most meaningful in this lesson and why?

As a future teacher I find most meaningful in this lesson are the advantages of School based
management because all education stakeholders have an authority and freedom to talk, share
their diverse thoughts for the development of the school community as well as lead to greater
creativity and focus on the accountability of decisions and building morale character and new
skills of leadership in all levels. I think it is meaningful because they gather other decisions
rather than deciding themselves without asking permission to others the more open to each
other the bond and strong support will exist through to it school learning environment will
become progressive and productive.
