and 4.0 Digitalization’s has implemented in Textile from Ginning to Garment. Highlight was Every Textile

Trutzschler
Trutzschler Bale Blucker BO-P .
1. Bale plucker width of Bale plucker increased to 3.5 m from 2.3 m which will be able to keep
maximum 6 bales. 6 Bales material can be picked by the Plucker at a time which enables better
Mixing during Material pick up & Transportation through pipes.
2. 15% increased Beater Tooth’s to reduce the tuft size of the material.
3. 25 % Lesser space requirement than the previous models.
4. Lesser mechanical parts and no compensation weights so less maintenance costs.

Trutzschler Intelligent Card TC-19i
1. Gap Optimizer T-GO the concept introduced by Trutzschler it can maintain uniform gap between
Cylinder to Flats by using T-CON 3 & PFS which can maintain 3/1000” at all the time from stopped
card to running.
2. Adapted T-CON 3 it gives Valid data for optimized carding gap makes an important contribution to
the T-GO and T-CON 3 continues to inform the technicians about possible improved settings
around the cylinder and also continue to provide protection against potential hazards. If any
element touches the cylinder clothing, the machine is switched off before damage can occur.
3. Intelligent waste optimization with WASTECONTROL TC-WTC – The Optical sensor of
WASTECONTROL TC-WTC permanently monitors the waste quality at the most important
cleaning point, the licker-in. If too many good fibers are registered in the waste, the system
optimizes the mote knife adjusting system via servo motor.
4. NEP CONTROL LC-NCT monitors each single meter of card web during production and provides
concrete insights into quality.
5. MAGNOTOP 3 eliminates the need for a flats workshop and prolongs the service life by one
grinding cycle.
6. T-LED indicates signals Operation, can filling level, can change & Malfunction.
7. T-MOVE 2 The sliver feed with the sliver coiling plate(Moving head) is moved in a straight line at
high speed from the full to the empty can. This is usually done without reducing the delivery speed

The solution of the ‘individual and independent suction unit per spindle’ represents a real break-
through versus the conventional system. Yarn suction is created and managed individually, only
when required by the individual spindle and bobbin feeding system. Up to 30% power saving since
suction is generated only when needed. Theoretically, no limitations on number of spls per each mc.
4. Waste collection system – Every single suction unit collects its own yarn waste in a dedicated
suction box. The waste is evacuated when required through a centralized system. The waste is
discharged, without influencing the winding process, in to an innovative waste collector.
5. Yarn Tension is controlled by a variable interference system, which works in synergy with the
tension sensor. A precise step motor adjusts the interference in order to maintain the set tension.
